JUST getting the courts to process a white collar crime is near impossible. Police will not arrest on it unless it is REALLY big. Otherwise the victims are told "civil court", as we were. The people we finally nailed in Civil Court for embezzlement,. although they admitted everything we said they did in court, Still appealed the case, and we had to do it all over again. They to this day still do not "see" that they broke the laws, or what they did as being "improper". (In fact they told everyone they were exonerated, but still had to pay on a "technicality", and that we the victims were the biggest liars ever to walk into a courtroom. So no, they do NOT even know when they do wrong, or feel remorse over it. Jeffery G.
