JanG, hopefully I will keep the "new" car (which will be second hand) for around 3 years, then iwill be looking for something a lot newer, as finances will permit then (the says hopefully) Gas, Petrol here, is darned expensive compared to the prices that you pay, it runs at around £4.00 per Gallon, there is a difference between English and US gallons, I would have to look that up, but an English Gallon of Petrol is around $6 50cents? maybe more! and the car I am planning of having won't do a terrific mileage to the gallon, but I am used to that, and have to transport 3 teenagers plus boy/girl friends, Cadets, Muppet hounds, and it has to be a big enough car to tow a trailer with all the camping gear, and I like comfort in a car, and lots of pretties to tinker with!
