Hey, this old guy is so outrageous that even though his own family filed sexual molestation charges against him (unproved), and he has displayed all the things I related, he is president of the neighborhood association, he throws street parties for all the kids in the neighborhood. Worse yet, he even has a clown costume !!! Holy shades of Wayne Gacey. And I don't pay any attention to any of that, it doesn't impress me or fool me. He is a pervert, I know one when I see one, and I keep a sharp eye on him. Its going to be too bad when he proves me right at the risk of some child, but it won't be a child of mine he gets ahold of. In fact it would surprise me if he got any kid in this neighborhood. I have badmouthed him to everyone living around here and told him to sue me if he didn't appreciate it. There really isn't anything worse for police than crimes against children. It really eats at my husband when he has to investigate this stuff. Many times he has gone to investigate abuse or death of a child and the neighbors say "I always knew there was something strange about that guy"..
