Jan G., I have lost so many things when I was arrested. I mean, you are set up in a house or apartment, full of belongings, they arrest you and supposedly take all your stuff to the jail house, but it never turns up later, just lost, no record of where it went. Mostly jewelry, cash, ID, things of that nature. You get out of jail, sometimes !!, go back to your digs and there is nothing and no one knows where it went. I have been arested in bus stations with several suitcases, they took the suitcases with me to jail, but somewhere along the line they all disappear and no one has the faintest idea where they are.
