I pay the phone company $1.39 a month for the service of repair, no questions asked. Whatever goes wrong I just call them and they come out within 24 hours to repair it, even if my dog did chew the wire in half ! This wire repair thing is just insurance, and no company wants the reputation of not honoring their insurance policies. Jack Childers in OKC
