Your liters are a bit more than our quarts. > 1 imperial gallon = 4.56 liters 1 U.S. gallon = 3.7853 liters Forgot to add, I do believe gas is sold by the liter in England, so take the cost of a liter and X it by 3.7853 and that would be the cost that we would pay per gallon, if gas was the same price as gas in England.
