AOL has preference settings, if you don't carefully go through them, yes AOL will call you about special offers they will have. Some are from them, some from other companies through them. I am one who has this setting at Don't call. So, if you have AOL, take the time to carefully go through your preferences and set them where you want them. None of them are permanent, all can be revised. Keyword " preference " should get you there.
