The best advise I ever got from a smart attorney or two was, STAY OUT OF COURT, NEVER CALL THE POLICE< THEY ARE NOT YOUR FRIEND and SETTLE THE CASE, DO NOT GO TO COURT, a good attorney always tries to settle the matter without the courts.
