Yes, Mom had a good day. We had lunch with my folks and I had taken a few things down there that are intended to make life better and easier for her. As usual, she fought tooth and nail to reject any change, no matter how good, but it wasn't just for her, but for my dad too. So, after a couple hours of explaining things, we think we did well, she's accepted the gifts and we heard her telling dad some things about the benefits of them. So, our words were not in vain. I guess a person has to be pretty stubborn to get to be 85 and 87, eh? (If stubborn is the only criteria, there's a few of us here that should live to be a 150!! lol) We came back home and my son took me out to dinner. The bad news is he thinks he thinks he's going to be moving to OH later this year. His old employer called him and begged him to come back to work for them, so he's strongly considering it. Being a native CA boy, I don't know if he'll be thrilled with snow country. It's a shock. But, he's 22 and looking for adventure.
