    3. I was on BP meds from 21- 29 No one ever sent me to a dietician,or told me to exercise ( I was thin as a rail) After having a difficult pregnancy due to HBP - My son was induced at 71/2 Mos and weighed only 4 lbs 11 ozs - He was and is fine - however after the rough pregnancy - I researched my BP and discovered that I should exercise and modify my diet. Over 12 months I was able to wean off 3 different BP meds I had been taking to control the BP - Now I am on no meds - just diet and exercise If someone would have told me when I was 21!!! I could have saved a lot o money and trouble!!
