The Concept of Innocent until proven guilty, is a "in court" concept, and doesn't reflect the facts that persons who do these things oftn hve preliminary events , that in Hindsight, are always a cause for remorse, adn cries of "why didn't I see this coming?". We do have RIGHTS, and although they sometimes seem to get in the way, think about where we would be without them. Jeffery G.
