Although he may be too old to climb up there. If he is as agile as my Dad was in his 60s, he could indeed climb a tree into a tree house. Any who have picked fruit know what a "topper" is. They are those intrepid persons who climb to the top of the tree, sometimes using a ladder other times not, to pick the topmost fruit on the tree. My Dad did this until his mid 60s. Not as a profession, just to help get food for the table. We used to tease him about being half monkey, only problem there is that his family is the one that is the most documented, also we know what that would make us.
