Ten years is not even close to enough. What a horrible experience for you , I hope you are able to get support in real time life and I know others here will help. I cannot imagine an occurence of that nature in my life. I am so very sorry. Heal quickly physically and spiritually. Please see that you have support, or they will still have control over your life even while in prison. I am assuming that you could identify them. Good for you. But ten years is not enough. I will light a candle for you. Anything I can do as support is offered, even if just an ear.
