Sue what are Dowsing rods? I have never heard of them before. What do they look like? What do they do? Bettye

The dowser would hold onto the shorter end of both rods with the longer ends pointing straight out ahead of them and when a water source was found the long ends would pull towards each other forming a pattern similar to an X. I'm trying to remember how big around they were and they really weren't much thicker than, say 2-3 times the size of your average wire coat hanger, quite light weight as well. Best, SueB
