I was slicing a brisket with an electric knife today, holding the brisket with my left hand. All of a sudden one of the 6 week old kitties we have here jumped up on the table and tried to snatch a piece of meat. I dropped the roast, grabbed the kitty and deposited him on the floor. This has made that kitty very popular. All the other kitties are licking him. Even mama is trying to clean him up. I bet he tastes just like brisket.
