It's description: Plymouth 2 door, three seat, Station wagon I don't recall the engine block size, but it was BIG gas hog. My brother blew the fuel pump and the tranny, would you believe 80 mph in second gear? It cut out, I wonder why. When Dad called the parts store to see if they had the fuel pump, he said, sure, but I need the exchange, normal. Dad took the fuel pump in, placed it on the counter, beside the new one. The old one was three times bigger. Parts guy looked up the number. The only vehicles that had that fuel pump in were -- Taxis and Federal Cars. Care to guess which it was? LOL Car also had 1,000 lbs of weights around the rear end, probably to hold it on the road at high speeds. I came close to taking out the back door of the Davis County Courthouse, just backing up. <groan > My first time behind the wheel of a standard. BTW, the courthouse is constructed of granite blocks.
