Oh, how right you are! That experience soured me so badly that I came to a decision which might not be popular with everyone, especially those of us doing genealogy...I decided that when I finally give up the ghost, my usable organs can be harvested, the rest of the body can be cremated, and the ashes can go into a flower bed somewhere to make flowers bloom better (hope the bitterness inside me doesn't kill the plants! ;-)). No funeral, no marker. Both my boys were told to pick one item they wished to have after I'm gone that currently belongs to me. The remainder can be disposed of by donation to any second-hand store. If there are any remaining debts, they can be given to my ex-wife of 20 years...she always refused to work while I was around to support the boys (who, in reality, are my step-children), and after they left home for service & marriage, she continued to refuse to work, and instead started bar-hopping and messing around. While I wish her only the best, and have every intention of leaving no debts for anyone, I was mistreated beyond what most people could imagine, and can forgive the treatment, but I'll never forget. I try to hold on to the memories of the good times, not the bad. If I dwelt on the memories of the bad, I would probably become a hermit! ;-) Mike IBSSG > [Original Message] > From: jcurtis <jcurtis@redrock.net> > To: <BLACKSHEEP-CHAT-L@rootsweb.com>; <grinch42@mindspring.com> > Date: 4/24/2002 12:39:24 AM > Subject: Re: [BSChat] Re: [BS-L] Administration of wills > > Mike - it's all about greed, isn't it?
