I have not yet recieved my copy as my father is still alive. But, My cousin recieved his from his mother my aunt recently fortunately he did not have to wait for his mother to die, she is still alive & with us. I am not sure it has any photos in it, But I am sure it displays the blackshear coat of arms. mine is the one with the lions. will be glad to respond to any questions you may have.
