I too descend from Jacob and Judith Moore Blackshear, through his son, Silas Malone Blackshear & Sophena Garrett's son Simeon Marshall Blackshear & Mary Elizabeth Ince. Simeon & Elizabeth's son, David Harrison Blackshear was my grandfather. I would love to have as much info as you have on Jacob's son John's line and would be glad to share my info. By the way, I lucked into a transcription of a Will of a John Moore filed in Jones Co, NC and a daughter named Judith was mentioned.
