After William's death, Caroline married Elias L. COWAN on 20 Oct 1868, Dade county, MO. They had daughter Viola COWAN b. 1870. They went to Fannin County, Texas. Elias is buried May 1876, Lindsay Cem., Randolph, Fannin, TX, . In the 1880 Fannin county census there is T.J. BLACKBURN and his sisters are listed as COWAN. This is where I have lost track of these BLACKBURNS.
