I'm not clear how this ties into Wm. Blackburn. Can you elaborate more? It says, James and Joan (Price), 1692 emigrated to Pennsylvania ......James & Joan had Thomas Pugh (1701-1794)-Enoch Pugh (abt.1735)m Pethia Diviney-Jesse Pugh (abt.1817-1907)m Kiziah Lineberry-Samuel Franklin Pugh (1843-1925) m Martha Elizabeth Smith. I'm not sure this helps any. The funny thing about your question is that my husband's grandmother is 91 years old and her maiden name is smith. The smith's and Pugh's were neighbors. The family still owns all their land from when they first came to N.C. on both sides. If you find a connection with this, I will put you in touch with my husbands cousin that is working on this line. >>
