Dear Carol, I don't think I have answered your January email on Brinton Blackburn. My Sarah Matlack Brinton, who married William Blackburn, was born in PA 1848, father George Matlack Brinton born PA 1814, grandmother Sarah Matlack born 1789, all of Chester and Westmoreland Counties PA. I have the Brintons originating in Staffordshire from 1500s. Associated family names: Darlington (there is also a Brinton Darlington in my files, in addition to your Brinton Blackburn), Bagley, Tomlinson, Thatcher, Pierce, Haines, Dicks, Smedley, Mercer, Matlack. Let me know if any of this rings a bell, and I'll send more information. None of the given names you mention are familiar to me.
