Indeed it is a very nice site. The problem is, it's not my line. The web site I had in mind would be more of one, where we all share our lines, our research, eg: if you have read the film for the 1850 census of Alabama, then I could spend my time looking elsewhere for the surname BLACKBURN. We most certainly want to look where we think "our" Blackburn's might be but, while searching for ours, we often find other Blackburn records, that we could share with others who might be looking for just that line. I'm not promoting doing a web site for Blackburn research, it can be a big job.
