John W.P. Blackburn was the son of Thomas N. Blackburn, grandson of Rev. William Baxter Blackburn & Olivia Malissa Crump, great-grandson of Joel Blackburn & Anna Fry, & great-great-grandson of James A. Blackburn. All that is known about John is that he was born in October of 1869 in Alabama - he received an inheritance from his grandfather's estate in 1885. Little is known about Thomas other than his birth in 1846 in Blount Co., AL - he did serve in the CSA. I'd love to know more about Thomas & John, in addition to descendants. Suzy B. [email protected]
