Just posting this since I have not done so in a while. Looking for any information on William Blackburn from Sampson County, NC. Listed on the census is Marella, Ellen, James, Dicy, William and Daniel. In 1860 census of Sampson County William's family was living with grandparents Daniel & Elizabeth Sutton, listed are Clamilla, Mahala, William, Elizabeth and Adeline. Adeline "Addie" Blackburn ismy great-grandmother. She married Jasper Franklin "Frankie" Knowles of Duplin County, N.C. This family has been a brick wall for me. Any help would be appreciated. Pam
