Her name is Shirley Blackburn Sulfin. She has written a book on the Blackburn's Family. she comes to the Blackburn every year. We started haveing Blackburn Reunion's October 2000. We are planning to have it every year on the first Saturday of October. Shirley is from Illinois, Ken Blackburn is from Oaklahoma, ( I have not meet him but he is going to be at the reunion) I have talked to him via phone and e-mails. Hope to hear from you.
