My gr gr grandfather is supposed to be a Charles Blackburn who married a Mary Whitlatch and they had three children, Nellie Mae (my gr grandmother), a Daniel Blackburn, and a Walter Blackburn. Nellie lived and died in Pana, Illinois and my grandparents still live there. I would love to know more if any of this makes a connection to yours and I would be happy to share any info I have.
