We believe his parents were William and Tinnie Johnson from Hot Springs or Montgomery county Arkansas. There is a record of a William J. Johnson who married Tinnie Blackburn on 8-18-1887 in Montgomery, AR. Because the 1890 and 1900 censuses were destroyed, I have been unable to confirm the connection. Do you have any additional information on Blackburn/Johnson?
