According to the Jonesborough Herald and Tribune, there is a will for an Archibald Blackburn 4 Aug 1823 and one for a Benjamon Blackburn 10 Aug 1786. If any of you live near Jonesborough and would find it convenient to get these records from the court house, I would be most appreciative and would welcome a copy.
