The Robert L. Blackburn family was from Edward (of Bermuda) who was the brother of Richard Blackburn, VA. He was married to Jane Fields, also of VA. Their children were: William, Edward, Thomas, Richard, Louis or Lewis, Robert H, Euline, Amanda N, Mary J., Margaret A. James L. b. Nov. 10, 1829 in Kentucky. James L. moved to Texas with his second wife and lived in Erath Co. He was living in Waco, Texas with his third wife when he died in 1914. He is buried in Duffau Ceme. in Erath Co.
