There is no Fat problem in my family either the thirty pound I put on was after haveing two mager surg, in thirty days of each other and then becomeing a pasted smoker as of the 19th. of this mo, will be >2yr.> so I put on some weight and the DR> said drop it and I have only 15 lbs. ti go and I have till the week of the 19th. to do it so I am prety sure I will make the gole he set for me I am on the sugarbuster diet, and had to stop walking for now but the pool helps me get in some exersize, and the weight is ony 15 more lbs to go that may not seem like much but on my little frame it is, May your Waters Run Gentle, With Love Care And Concern, Alece, Little Hawk,
