To Kathy Sperling If you get that message for ONE person, then run File, Quality Check. If you get that error 4 for everyone that should have a note, then probably the file BKMESSG.DT6 is missing or damaged. Look in the folder where that database used to be and find BKMESSG.DT6 and then copy that one file to the new folder. Be sure to get the correct BKMESSG.DT6 file (it is different for every database, so copy the one for that family) If you need more help, let me know.
