What the message is saying it don't like where you have your data files. Did you use the default location when you set BK up or did you change it? My advice is to create a folder c:\BK\Data and copy your data files there and the point BK to them. After all is ok delete the original files. With later version of Windows this can create problems because Windows uses long paths and BK still only supports the old DOS short path name.
