I am trying to import a gedcom file into a new BK6 database and keep getting the error message: Error during create of BKGEDTMP.TMP Stat=86 I am running version 6.5.5 registered. I have tried restarting the program, and the computer, but no luck. Any suggestions? Paul

Paul, Where on your disk (folder names) are you trying to place this database? Also how much free space on that drive? Currently the folder is C:/Quigley though I have tried to move it to different places with the same result. Free space is 333 GB so that should not be a problem.
