I use family census for husband and wife and census for children. I click on the note field and paste the census information. I use various file names and if the census needs updated, I only change one file. For example a husband, wife and two children are listed in the 1930 census. I copy the census information and create a file (e.g. abc1930). This file is used for the entire family. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Date: Fri, 1 Jun 2012 15:15:38 +0100 From: John Bibby <johnbibbyjohnbibby@gmail.com> Subject: [BK] Shared events ?? In that way there are always a connection from the files back to the persons in BK. -- Otto Jørgensen http://www.bkwin.info/ All email is checked by NORTON
