I am having a problem doing a routine backup to an external hard-dish. A window pops up almost at once saying that the backup disk is too small when I know it is larger than necessary. It happens on two different disk. It has properly worked in the past. I can drag files to the ext-disk with no problem. Sounds to me like the BK-BackUp routine is having a problem. Any Suggestions? Any Suggestions? Do you try to put the same backup in an earlier folder you have used before. Try to make a new folder for the new backup -- Otto Jørgensen http://www.bkwin.info/ All email is checked by NORTON
To John Cullom How large is the backup disk? It an external hard drive, or it is a DVD-R drive, or a USB Flash drive (thumb drive)? Sometimes if the disk is too large, BK is not able to calculate the size correctly, but there is a way to work around that. Are you using BK 6.5 or what version of BK?
