Bill, Are you sure it's just your PC? Give me the actual link with some instructions and I'll try it. I tried every options listed and none seem to work. Here is what I am experiencing. I'll use a fictitious scenario to illustrate. I am using Windows 7 and IE9. I'll go into as website call Bill's Automobile Dealership. There I list the makes of cars I sell. Under Chevrolet I list Volt, Cruze and Malibu. If, while on the main site I click on Volt a new tab will open but there is no label on it and the screen is blank. I close the tab and go back to the Volt link on the main page. If I RIGHT click on the Volt link a dialog box opens and one of the options listed is "Translate with bing". I can click on it and there's a 50/50 chance the link to the Volt page will open. Then again the link may not open and a message will appear stating that bing is unable to translate this page. I have tried to disable the bing Translator, remove it as the default and even remove it altogether. All to no avail. It is very frustrating because I now am not able to access site that I was readily able to do with XP. This is a new problem for me. I contacted Microsoft to get some information but they were not helpful. Any ideas/suggestions are welcome.
