John- Yes, that is what I am doing currently, but as Jaq Benadie pointed out, using the comment field can be an asset. Like identifying which cemetery the tombstone photo is from! So I was correct, the field that the comment section within BK photo viewer pulls in is the JPEG COMMENT within the METADATA file of the photo? Thanks. To Rick Beitler OK, I thought you were getting unwanted comments and wanted them to stop. If you want to change the comments and have them show, then you need a program that can edit the JPG comments. There are 2 or 3 different types of "comments" that you can add to jpg pictures. BK can only show one of those types of comments. (BK can not print the comment, but it can show when you view the picture full screen) One program that can edit the JPG comments is XnView which you can download from http://www.xnview.com/ Run XnView and open the picture then pick Edit, Edit comment. IV can at least display - I'm not sure about edit - some of the other comment formats too. Note BK's grown a new button on the picture menu, open in default picture viewer; you may find this more useful than BK's own picture viewer, if you've got IrfanView as your default (or probably most other picture viewers - I haven't tried xnview, but I think most modern picture viewer/editor software has better zooming, for example, facilities than the BK one, as well of course as the comment editing facility). -- J.
