    3. John, I do the same thing, copy and paste into Notepad first, then edit if necessary, copy the Notepad version and paste into BK. This is very useful when copying and pasting from a spread sheet where cells have hard returns built in. My workaround is to put the text into Notebook or similar; edit it there; and then copy and paste.
