I have files: english.bkw english.r6 English-CustomWording.DTA but have no idea how to open them, and if I did open them, would changing something mess up everything else? -----Original Message----- From: J. Can I ask in the same vein for a revision of the "individual events must precede family events" rule? I find it rather unnatural to have to show born christened died buried married rather than born christened married died buried I think I may have asked this before, or maybe was just thinking about it, but – Is there a way to globally delete “Event/Fact”s that have no entries? That is, the field was selected but there is no Date; no in,at,etc; no Location/Description; no Note; no Source AND no Witness entries. Yes, I'd like that too (-:! Also, John, is there a way to change the field name “Social Security num” to just “SSN”? At a guess, there's a file with it in. I've just had a look, and on my system there's a file english.bkw, where it is on line 2996. [] -- J. P. Gilliver. To David Youse If you want to change SSN then after you copy English.bkw to another name like English2.bkw then start WordPad and have it Open English2.bkw and then edit and save it.
