    3. When I go to the genealogical society or to the archive center, I often print a few family sheets of the subjects I want to add information to, avoiding the risk of making mistakes jotting down BK numbers and info I'm looking for on a piece of paper. When I do find new information, there is plenty of room on the family sheet to write down this new data. Back at home, the family sheet provides me with the BK number of the individual along with the new information. I find it easier to work this way (and I recycle used paper!). It also provides a neater look to family sheets that I might give to certain persons, it shows the same presentation for all individuals on this sheet, whether there is information or not.
