Hello, John. I'm a long-time registered owner using BK6.5.11 and have a question regarding the printing of notes for individuals on the Edit screen (Edit>Notes>Print Where). When I first began using these many years ago I wasn't that knowledgeable about the subject. Now I would like to make some changes, but since I have nearly 190k individuals it would be a formidable task to weed through each and every one to make the "print to where" changes. At first I knew that leaving the selection blank in "print where" the note would be printed on all reports, but the selections of "only if ask for 1", "only if ask for 2", "only if ask for 3", were unclear to me then. Also, with the option to "Never Print" I may sometimes have been over zealous and mis-used the option and now it may no longer be what I would like to have happen. I guess my main question is: Would it be possible to add a feature to BK6 Utilities that would enable one to change the print instructions to a different selection? For example, to just change all "Never Prints" to the first option (print everywhere) with one single action, or the change "Only if ask for 1" to "print everywhere," etc. Thanks for all you do, John.
