To Bill Cook If you have Windows 7 you may need to format the CD before BK can write to it. Pick Start, Computer, and Right click the CD drive and pick Format. After you do that, then from BK on the Backup screen, pick a different drive and pick that drive letter and then click Copy to that letter.
