To John Stewart I will consider adding a utility like that. There is a way to FIND all notes that are set for "never print" Go to Lists, Word Search, Any Field tab. Then press F8 to get that option. John- I too am in the same boat as John Stewart, in that I have many notes that are set at the default of null. When I was adding them, I either did not realize I needed to set print options, or was just sloppy in entering my data. However, now that I know the error of my ways, I too need to go back and reset all these note options. So, do I understand that you might be able to add a utility routine that will look for "is_null" in the print where box, so we can find notes entered, but not set to ever print. That would be a very nice option.
