Sent to the list to help others who are having the same problem. As I understand it, the issue merely relates to the Office version that you are using, not the OS. Office 2010 is version 14 Office 2007 is version 13 etc In BK, under: File - Options - RTF/Other - Microsoft Word you need to change the version number 10 / 11 / 12 / 13 etc to 14 ie change "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11\winword.exe" to "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\winword.exe" or to wherever the actual winword executable file is located (ie the programme) I have just upgraded from Office 2002 (version 11 from memory) to Office version 14 or as most people call it Office 2010, so have just changed this in the options for BK myself.
