In cases like that I use the following methods. Either ABT 31031851 = ABT 31 Mar 1851 or if it is not precise, the datarange ABT 31031851 ABT 30061851 = happens between ABT 31 Mar 1851 and 30 Jun 1851 To my opinion BK has enough opportunities to mention the information which you have available. Also, if we're talking about date ranges: there are currently two options: event happened between the two dates, and the two dates are start date and end date. I'd like another option - not sure what I'd call it - for two dates that are inside the event range. For example, I know my Solomon Robinson was a coal miner in 1861 and in 1851, but that's neither an event that happened between the two, nor that started in 1851 and ended in 1861. It probably started before 1851 and ended after 1861. -- J. P. Gilliver. UMRA: 1960/<1985 MB++G.5AL-IS-P--Ch++(p)Ar@T0H+Sh0!:`)DNAf A man does not have to be an angel in order to be saint.
