To John in Manchester Since you have trouble getting BK to open Word 2010, perhaps you could tell people here on the list three things. 1. What do you have exactly in File, Options, RTF on the Word line. 2. Is the problem having BK open files from the Notes tab on Edit, or is the problem getting BK to open a RTF file that BK has created for a book report? 3. Where is the WINWORD.EXE file located on your computer.
