To Dave Bradshaw When you download the file, it saves it on your disk. If something happens during the download and the download fails to finish, then the size of the file on your disk will be too small. You were trying to download a file that should be 7.5 megs, and the file on your computer was only 1 meg. So if that happens, you need to do the download again to get the entire file.
