To Rita (greenways6) If you are backing up to a CD-R then there are different requirements depending on your version of Windows If you have Windows XP then do not click "copy to D:" but instead click the bottom button "Copy to CD-R with Win XP" If you have Windows 7 then before you try to backup to the CD have Windows format the CD. Go to Start, Computer, and Right click the CD drive and pick the option to format the CD. After that, then have BK backup to the D drive.
