(Or to a family if I have to call a couple a family ...) I would like to record the fact that, for example, there are several more children other than the one in direct line, shown in a census return - and that I ought to get round to recording their details eventually. At the moment, I'm recording them (with a comment like "2 more children in 1871 census, and another 2 in 1861") as a "to do" under the father, but I'd like to have it as a "to do" for the couple. Is there any way to do so? -- J. P. Gilliver. UMRA: 1960/<1985 MB++G.5AL-IS-P--Ch++(p)Ar@T0H+Sh0!:`)DNAf "Gentlemen, you can't fight in here: this is the war room!" (Dr. Strangelove)
Why not just add them as siblings to the direct line person, then add to-do's for them. Then later you can do a 'missing information' report to find blanks that need filling. Seems to me you're making a lot of doubling up of work for yourself. Just my thoughts. Fran The Future is as Great as the Promises of God On 21/02/2012 4:56 PM, J. P. To J. P. Gilliver I do not have a todo for the couple. You would have to attach the same todo to both the husband and wife if you think you will not see if for just the husband John Steed ----- Original Message ----- From: "J. P.
